Mira does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.
3. Eligibility and Minimum Age
To use Mira, you must be at least 16 years old.
By creating an account or using Mira, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. Mira does not knowingly collect or process data from individuals under 16.
For users ages 16-18, Mira is an educational and reflective tool and is not a substitute for guidance from trusted adults or qualified professionals.
4. User Responsibility and Agency
You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

Mira is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mira disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mira is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Mira may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, safety requirements, or legal obligations.
