Mira Data Privacy Policy

1. Core principle

Mira processes member data to generate Whole-Person Intelligence reflections and system-level support. Mira does not sell member personal data.

2. Data categories processed

Mira may process:

• member-provided daily life events and reflection answers
• member-provided member_reported_events, including health-related events voluntarily shared in conversation
• reminder preferences and interaction metadata
• member profile intake values for simulation prerequisites
• generated member-facing outputs, for example check-in summaries and TimeCube Detective reports

3. Purpose of processing

Data is processed to:

• register events on the member 24-hour timeline
• run partial and complete simulations
• detect disruption dependencies and cascade patterns
• generate member-facing reflective outputs

4. Sharing

Mira does not sell member personal data.

Mira may use service providers needed to operate the ChatGPT app experience and backend processing. This includes OpenAI/ChatGPT platform processing required to deliver the service.

5. Security and retention

Mira applies technical and organizational controls appropriate to system context. Retention is limited to what is needed for product function, legal obligations, and member rights handling.

6. Member controls

Members can access controls under:

Mira Dashboard -> My Mira Membership -> Data Privacy

Available controls include:

• policy review
• data export requests
• multi-stage irreversible deletion request for Time Cubes and Digital Twin timeline

7. Deletion warning

Deleting Time Cubes and Digital Twin data is irreversible. Longitudinal continuity, cascade history, and historical context cannot be restored or replicated after deletion.

Mira Data Access and Portability Policy

Effective date: February 11, 2026

1. Export modes

Mira supports two export modes:

1. portability_raw
   • Includes member-provided and observed data streams suitable for portability use.
   • Excludes proprietary internal modeling and architecture.
2. access_with_member_outputs
   • Includes personal data and member-facing outputs shown to or generated about the member.
   • Excludes proprietary internal deterministic logic, relationship weights, and internal chain architecture.

2. What is excluded

Exports do not include:

• internal deterministic simulation chain implementation details
• relationship weight matrices
• internal architecture and intermediate agent reasoning artifacts
• proprietary anti-harvesting internals

3. Deletion and non-replicability

When a member executes Digital Twin deletion:

• Time Cubes and Digital Twin timeline are permanently removed
• reconstruction from retained data is not supported
• deleted Time Cubes and Digital Twin cannot be replicated on request

5. Contact and handling timeline

Mira processes access, export, and deletion requests through in-app controls and backend workflow tracking. Operational handling follows applicable legal timelines for member rights requests.
